  : How quickly the front desk dismissed my reservation, sparing me the burden of actually staying in the hotel.The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare for quick escape.
  : The front desk staff requesting me to leave a separate credit card from the one I had used to book the hotel, through booking.com. When I refused, the attendant suggested that I could just give him $100 in cash instead. When I again politely declined, and showed my booking.com confirmation, he then informed me that I would not be able to stay in the hotel.

  : No one at front desk at check out. Did not get a paid receipt. I would like for the Hotel to email me a paid recept.

  : The room was clean, however, they did not have enough shampoo, soap, conditioner in the room and only one towel for two people. The phone did not work. Anytime I needed something I had to use the elevator to go downstairs. Extremely frustrating. Checking in took some time, but overall not good.
  : There was a lot of crime in the area. When we pulled up there, there was actually a police officer waiting in their vehicle and told us that there was a motorcycle that had been recovered at their property at the Wyndham. Homelessness was around the hotel and crime. I did not feel safe, leaving my vehicle overnight. It was just not a good area as all the reviews had said on Google.We called prior to coming and the property said that they included a complementary breakfast, however so many people were staying there that by the time that we got down there around 7:30 AM everything had already been eaten. The office staff was scarce and could not find anyone. Our phone in the room was broken so anytime we needed to report some things we had to go downstairs.

  : The beds where okay, price was good.
  : It was a filthy hotel, rooms where not very clean, Elevators, hallways and ice machine all gross.

  : Well when i checked in not even 20 min in the room i called front desk tv glitchimg she said they would send maint. about an hour later went back down stairs told her again and she said she would have maint go i left for about another hour to eat and what not come back asked if they had reaolved issue maint didnt go after about 30 min after i came back he went in said tv is the issue i can change rooms i called front desk they said i had to go down stairs went down stairs they put me in a room witb the Ac blown straight hot air i called them once i walked in the second room felt the heat they asked i go down stairs they switched me rooms for the third time also pool only open from like 3 pm no earlier than that. Horrible experience. I never right about any stays but lort this was by far worst experience ever
