  : Nothing, it’s ran down, no maintenance. Hot tub didn’t work, sauna didn’t work. Work out equipment is a joke. The building is in need of serious renovation. Ac in room barely work. Beds are terrible. Pillows small. Blankets weren’t changed out had crumbs behind the mattress. Trash sitting in lobby areas. Pool over chlorinated. Overall I wasted my money staying here and was very disappointed.

  : No breakfast The window in our room had a hole in it so it didn’t stay cool my toddler was hot switch rooms the new room was better but the door handle on the bathroom broke

  : great staff,.place is clean but needs some attention to repairs. Like paint area with pool, fix ceiling in swimming area, put bulbs in elevator lights so YOU CAN SEE where elevator is inside elevator and out. (such a minor item that makes a world of difference to the public.) Place could be beautiful with proper care. Was told free breakfast on internet. When we got there they said didnt have funds I think for any free breakfast? Really, then DONT ADVERTISE as such.

  : Pool and sauna were good. Staff helpful.
  : Not a very good poolside view. Window faced wall and only had a doorway size view of pool area. Mattress seemed wore out or cheap. Wife was looking forward to hot tub but got broke on Friday, so unable to use at all. Was part of main reason for choosing.

  : The pool was perfect!
  : There were a bunch of homeless people that were in the parking lot at all times of the day, there were people smoking pot in the hotel, and some of the people staying in the hotel did not seem like safe people.

  : The pool was in pretty good condition and was clean.
  : We booked a premium room poolside with upgraded snack box since we were traveling with our two young boys. We were put on the fifth floor and told they do not have premium rooms with snack boxes, despite this being advertised at the front desk. Only one elevator worked for the entire hotel and it was being serviced after we arrived. We had one towel in the bathroom for the four of us, which was remedied fairly quickly by staff. The tv was not working upon arrival but we were able to fix that. The room was warm and humid despite having the air conditioner set at 60 for the entire weekend. There were never clean towels available at the pool and the used towel bucket was overflowing. We were able to get clean towels for the pool each night by stopping at the front desk and asking. The vending machines did not work with either card or cash.

  : Very clean, if a little rundown. Comfortable beds with pristine sheets. There was a mix-up with our reservation, but the staff were very helpful and gave us a second room at no cost to sort it out (we had reserved a double, but they only had singles left when we arrived). Very nice & we were very happy with our stay!
  : The A/C was very loud, but it did make for good white noise. The part of town seemed a little iffy but we had no issues.
