  : Location was as advertised - very tranquil and in the mountains. No problem at all with the location.
  : Property definitely needs some updates - peeling wallpaper, dents/marks on doors, several nails in the wall where something was previously hung, oven cover at the bottom would not stay closed, cabinet doors in several places did not stay closed, bathtub/shower drain had no cover and my granddaughter cut her foot on it, signs definitely could be more visible/clearly marked. We did notify that we had our dog with us on the rental agreement but received an email from the property owners stating we hadn't notified them of this and we were charged an additional $175 pet fee - felt like we were being accused of trying to hide having our pet which was not the case.
