  : The room and the bathroom was a very nice size
  : The manager and his staff were very rude and unkind. When i arrived to check in I tried to used my credit card which the manager said was declined. I told him that I used the card earlier in the day to purchase gas and have you it since and everything has been fine.. It was late at night and was attending the New Orleans Jazz Festival the next day and did not want to go look for other accommodation. I was forced to use my debit card which I do not to use. The number on the pass key read 201 I asked the manager wife outside where the room was and she said she did not no and seemed like she was not interested in helping me I am thinking how can you not no you work here unbelievable. Then I went inside and asked the manager he said it was 102 but it read 201..Plus the hotel is 20-25 minutes to downtown by car you will need a car to get around otherwise it would take about a hour with public transportation. I would never stay at this place again when visiting New Orleans. I would suggest to others to find other accommodations when in New Orleans.your wife was very rude when I asked for help and the card read 201 do not lie. you are making excuses it was your falut and my credit card is working everywhere except your place
