  : Paid more than $2,000 for 3 days and we needed to bring our own bed sheets, towels, and even the toiletry. If you don't have a king bed at home, then you need to buy bed sheets. Unseen. Not even cooking salt. None of this was under the Fine Print section in Booking's website, you'd learn about it after paying and receiving an email from the property. The lock of the entrance door did not work, and the owner didn't bother to fix it. Three days with the door unlocked. We took our valuables with us every day, they were safer in our car. EDIT: RESPONSE TO PROPERTY RESPONSE Lowering my overall rating because of this response. When doing business there's one thing I dislike more than being deceived, and that is being openly lied. Lie: The lock WAS NOT working, and the owners acknowledged this. Every day the owner said they would come over to fix it, and they never bothered to show up. Just gave childish excuses. And now, on top of that, making it look as if it was my problem: "I had trouble" with it. Well, 6 of us could not make it work. Lie: you DID NOT mention on the listing that bedsheets and towels were not provided. And now, again, you make it look like it was my own sloppiness. I was so disappointed when learning about the bedsheets that I went back to look at the listing and it was definitely not there. And it's still not there, which shows you'd rather have this missing from the description. And it will not be there unless you add it now. At least you do acknowledge there were no bedsheets and towels. What a stingy attitude for such a high charge.
