  : It was a fantastic vacation and property. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Location was very close to beaches and restaurants even by foot. We will return.
  : We would have liked a little more variety at breakfast, but it was delicious in general. Also, for check-in, no one was there so we received our key and room assignment but would have liked a little more information of attractions, restaurants and activities by someone present. We will still return, though, as this was minor compared to the comfort, accommodations and location, which were all incredible.

  : It was fine. Mediocre bed, not super clean, a bit musty and damp, terrible wi-go, nowhere to sit in queen room.

  : John was very friendly and helpful. The king bed and pillows were wonderful and the room was well appointed. But the heater didn't work so it was a bit chilly. Loved having a restaurant right next door, which was delicious with live jazz. An easy walk to town but no sidewalk.

  : Located in a beautiful part of Cape Cod, this place consists of some wonderfully preserved and picturesque historical buildings. One of the owners welcomed me with a smile when I arrived rather late, and they had left the key with instructions and a very friendly note for me on the reception desk, accessible even after hours. Good, warm shower, bed was good, and the terrain around the buildings is magnificent with places to sit and lounge everywhere. Breakfast is home-cooked, hearty and sweet and with good coffee as a bonus !
  : The breakfast is served from 08:30 onwards. For me, being on a trip during which I needed to work, that was a tad late.

  : The property is really nice (once it will be renovated it will be even nicer), several nice houses, garden, etc. The location not too far from Wellfleet city center is good (it can be done by foot if need be). The location is next to a tavern, where we took one very good breakast outside. The personnel for housekeeping and breakfast serving was kind and efficient. The breakfast, although not providing any bread, was good with at least one home-made cake the 2 days we had breakfast and some salty croissant.
  : The communication with the hosts was almost non existent, before and during the stay - we made one question via booking related to our reservation, like we do for most of our bookings via booking.com, and we always receive timely answer, this time no answer at all. Second communication related on payment done before our arrival (not totally in line with the T&Cs of our booking), to ask confirmation that "wagner in' on the debit was indeed the same as 'copper swan", and answer would have been appreciated on this admin point. When we arrived, we did not see any host, just a paper with our key and some info on wifi codes and breakfast time. No contact details on this paper (no phone or mail indicated should we have any question during our stay). The only moment we saw our host was when we checked out.The cleanliness of the room was more than questionable. The housekeeping was done properly before we arrived as the beds were well done and the floor looked OK, however very quickly we saw that under the beds and the cupboard, there was accumulated dust. This was totally cleaned on day 2 when discussing with the housekeeping ladies, who did a very good job at that time. The fact that there was dust under beds may be considered as acceptable by some, but not by us, for health reasons if you breath that dust, and also because we were with a small child. The beds are obviously not high enough to ease the access under them to clean them, and obviously as well, putting 2 double beds in such a small room does not facilitate the access to clean everywhere.The space in the room was too scarce. It is meant for 4, with 2 double beds, but the space left on the ground to walk in the room or to put any suitcase, it really more than limited. There is a little room/cupboard in the back of the room, but it smells like a cellar inside, so you do not want to leave your cloths, suitcase in there, not to do any coffee inside.
