  : door to pantry was inoperable. Hall tree broken in front room. Musty smell as you first come in the home.

  : Location was good. View from the back picture window was great. Lots of game and activities for the kids.
  : The place is in need of some updates and a deep clean. The couches are so filthy and stained. The area around the hot tub was sloppy and just needed to be tended to. Minimal seating outside...a table would be great. You can see the owners are starting to update, as the bathrooms were newer and modern and that was very nice. Wish the owner had left directions on how to get the cable tv to work. We also wished there was a tv, even just a small one, in the main living room area downstairs.
