  : There was nothing I liked about this location as soon as you walk into the lobby it stinks to hell and high water I should of known my room would be worse my room not only smelled like something crawled in there and the staff argued about it and took them 40 minutes to bring me an air fresher the ice buck in the room looked like a roach party dingy grubby place if I had booked the trip we would never have stayed there
  : Everything from the disgusting smell to the fact there were no plastic cups in our room and had to again argue with the staff for over 10 minutes for them to give me 2 plastic cups that have been provided to them for guest worst hotel ever and I have been traveling the world and staying in hotels for 39 years and never been to a place this bad in my life I skipped to the front desk to give them their keys and get the hell out that hell hole

  : The staff members were friendly. Plenty of parking. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfortable enough.
  : The carpets in the halls and room were filthy! There was a bad odor in the hallways. The condition of the building was unsightly. There was useless extra furniture stashed in nooks and crannies in the hall. 3 floors, but no elevator. No breakfast or coffee in lobby and no coffee machine in room. Towels were like rags and all the linens were a dingy gray. In the room and bathroom there were motion sensor lights so anytime either of us got out of bed, the lights came on.

  : Liked the location. Close to Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Gurnee Mall, Pleasant Prarie Outlets in Wisconsin, and Milwaukee.
  : The air conditioner and refrigerator were clogged with ice. Maintenance never came to the room to clean, take out the garbage, or exchange towels. Hotel did not offer breakfast and smelled with cigarette smoke in non-smoking areas. Blankets had cigarette burns.
