  : It was clean. Front desk staff nice. Manager handled pricing issue rapidly without giving a lot of fuss
  : The valet attendant was horrible. He had terrible customer service!! He was rude and picked a fight with my husband. Talked on his phone the whole time even when arguing with my husband, he told him to “hold on” while he finished up his conversation. Also hidden fees, needs to be more transparent. Would have loved to know that there’s was an 18% tax on parking fee. I’ve never heard of this plus the parking fee jumped from 60$ to 95$ on the third night. I’ve never paid more than $40 a night this was CRAZY and needs to be communicated THOROUGHLY! I was told $60 a night taken out of my deposit. OK. That sounded reasonable but then all of a sudden it’s $95 and now on top of that there’s an 18% service charge. We’re talking over $100 a night just to park when I could easily park somewhere else for cheaper. Hell it was cheaper across the street. I have handicap placard I could have parked on the street easy!!

  : Good breakfast selection, loved the fresh coffee throughout the day and the water dispenser in the lobby. Rooftop bar was a plus due to beautiful weather. Great bartenders and staff on the roof, both attentive and entertaining. The beds, as well as the sleeper sofa, were clean and comfy. There is some construction going on nearby, but it wasn't enough to bother us.
  : Although a great breakfast selection, it's a small space so it can get crowded easily.
