I am sorry, Mary S but you DO have employees (at least 1) who told us directly that you had NO HOUSEKEEPING STAFF and she directly told us the sheets were sometimes not even changed. My husband and I are not tail-tellers as you seem to indicate in your response. TO ANYONE READING THIS POST...I HOPE YOU CONSIDER YOUR HOTEL CHOICES WITH GREAT CAUTION!!! We were told that they have no housekeeping staff and that they don't always change the sheets after a guest stays. The website showed clean, bright, decent rooms; not true, they were dingy and dark. The website advertised a restaurant; it has been shut down for years. The first room we entered was the room we actually booked; the bed had no sheets and no cleaning had been done. The front desk offered to provide the sheets if we would make the bed ourselves. We asked to switch rooms but were told there were none available.

  : The paper thin walls. Hearing the drug addicts in the next room having sex for hours while I was trying to sleep. The kids allowed to roam freely all hours of the night and into the morning being extra loud. The air conditioning worked when we first got there, but within an hour stopped working all together and the tool got extremely warm and uncomfortable.

  : The shower is great.
  : The room stay hot and the A/C did not work so I left a day early. The fire alarm went off a 2am in the morning and did not find out why.
