  : Staff was high on drugs checking in to our room. Got to our room key don’t work. Bed had bedbugs. Beside the bed the floor was molded badly see the picture below. Just wasn’t clean at all. Sink was leaking badly. Smell like smoke. We felt unsafe staying here.

  : My advice to you FIRST CHECK YOUR RECORD, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD CONFIRMED BOOKING THIS MOTEL DID NOT GIVE US THE ROOM AT AROUND 12.30 AM. ANSWER WAS ROOMS SOLD OUT. I HAVE CONFIRMED WITH THE STAFF IN THE AFTERNOON THAT WEWILL REACH LATE AT THE MOTEL DUE TO TRAFFIC, AND GENTLEMEN AGREED THAT HE WILL LEAVE THE NOTE, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. EVEN BOOKING.COM DID NOT HELP US WHEN WE CALL THEM AND TALK TO A CUSTOMER CARE REP. NOW YOU ARE ASKING ME TO RATE THE MOTEL,ARE MAKING A FUN, THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER?

  : Room was nasty bed dirty staff said they had no clean bedding it smelled like weed. In room told staff they handed me bottle of bleach and air fresheners

  : This was a total disappointment from a Wyndham hotel! The lobby was totally underwhelming, and the front desk staff was shoddy & disrespectful! We were given a room with no television, which looked dirty and used! Upon walking back to the lobby to get another room, it appeared that "people" were living in the motel, milling around the rooms, and it gave a really bad appearance to the property. The smells emanating from the rooms were of weed. We waited at least a half hour for another room, and when we finally were given one, we were told it was a "great" room, it had a tv, but no microwave. As were we waiting for the key, a young man was behind us, followed us back to the room, and said, have a good night, like he had been kicked out of the room so we could have it! Upon entering, the tv was on, an empty creamer cup was on the bathroom vanity, and the room was shoddy at best. If it wasn't for the fact that we had been on a motorcycle for 12 hours, and were exhausted, we would have left! I intent to write Wyndham corporate office, because this property was totally unacceptable and should be condemned!!
