  : Breakfast was ok. But during our stay the there was no pancake because the machine was broken. My husband enjoyed the unlimited coffee.
  : Front desk on Sunday morning when where about to check out was not that nice. it seems like she does not want to work. She does not have a good costumer service.

  : We loved this hotel! It was very CLEAN and really IMPRESSIVE overall. The staff was very welcoming and kind. There was a GREAT breakfast and the coffee was so tasty and available all day!!! We loved that. There was a lot of restaurants and stores that were walking distance around the area and it was close to family that we were visiting. We especially liked that we did not have to stay at the busy, expensive VA Beach ocean front which is crazy in July. We just wished that this hotel was a bit more budget friendly but we will DEFINITELY stay here again.

  : I liked the pillows and the design of the room. The staff was friendly and the property inside looks nice and has a lot of activities to take advantage of.
  : I didn’t like the smell of the bed. It smelled like wet dog hair and there was also something very slippery on the floor like lubricant or something. I also specifically got a room with a handicapped bathtub(I have MS and can’t stand in the shower). There wasn’t even a plug for the bathtub. Also, I got woken up horribly. I’m a bit upset because I had two days off from work this year and got a hotel to stay in for the two days so that I could be comfortable and sleep in peacefully. The first morning I was sleeping in, I woke up to the fire alarm at 9AM and almost had a heart attack, jumped out of bed, and slipped on something slippery on the floor. I laid there for a few minutes holding my head. If I knew they were scheduling alarm tests in the morning there is no way I would have stayed here. No way at all. Also, the whole point I got that room was for a bathtub and I had to shove a washcloth in it in order to use it and it barely kept from draining. So for $388/two nights it wasn’t worth not getting the satisfaction of why I got it in the first place. Not at all. I could have stayed somewhere amazing for that price at least for one night and morning of peace. Kinda bummed I wasted my two days to be honest. Leaving unsatisfied and regretful.
