  : Beside the construction in the lobby the hotel was cleaned and calm. Ms Queen was super nice

  : The shampoo and conditioner and hand soap!
  : Where do I start? The first room they put us in wasn’t even cleaned yet from previous guests so we had to haul everything back to check in for new room. In next room no dresser, no microwave. Bathroom door came off track and almost fell on my husband. I originally booked a king room with sofa bed to accommodate 3 adults and they didn’t have the appropriate accommodations when I arrived so we had to settle for 2 queen beds. Hotel was under renovation which was not advertised on their website. Ramp to elevators was unsafe for disabled persons which I am and the ramp to the temporary check in had no hand rail which is a safety violation. Was kept awake until almost 4am due to loud talking, laughing and arguing by other guests including breaking glass in hallway outside our door.
