  : Nice rooms. Close to great restaurants and the beach.
  : Big mixup on rooms when we checked in. Later told that our credit card was rejected when it was already paid a week ahead on Booking.com. Told that we'd get a call from the owner but that never happened.Carribbean Court used to be better!

  : Nice Hotel with lots of character. I was able to meet some people and noticed that the unique antique furniture in my room was different from other rooms which gave them a lot of character and nostalgia. The staff were great and cordial, the paint bar is lots of fun, specially during the weekends. Don't forget to ask for the carrot cake, best of the best. Also, there is a very good non chain Italian restaurant two minute walk from the hotel with great authentic Italian food. Parking is ample, the only problem is the walk to the beach during the summer is a bit to long and hot but it's a walk, no need to drive which is a plus. Looking forward to returning some time soon.
  : Hard find what not to like, the boutique name is valid, it has a lot of Miami Coral Gables feel to it, it may look old but it's appropriate for what they offer.
