  : The diner was right there and I didn't have to worry about my stuff getting stolen in the parking lot. Heater in room cranks it out.
  : No comforter on the bed, just a sheet. Shower didn't drain. Room seemed like it was falling apart or the one that no one wants or likes.

  : the staff is very short handed. the wife and husband who basically run it were great. but the lady that work the desk at night was not helpful at all, our toilet stopped up and she said couldnt leave the desk and furthermore acted like she really didnt care. and Ill just leave it at that.

  : Check-in was at the local diner on the property which was odd. No complimentary coffee provided for guests. Microwave in the room hadnt been clean. Still had food residue inside.

  : Be aware: The 24/7 Penny's Diner next door is currently open only from 6 AM - 10 PM. The motel check-in desk is currently at the diner and they are not accepting motel guests who do not have reservations.

  : The hotel staff was extremely rude and incompetent. They lost a reservation and then made me pay more for it than what I had originally paid.

  : The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. The heater and air conditioning unit worked very well, the temperature was consistent and comfortable.
  : It took 40 minutes to check in, and I had a reservation. I feel it is inconvenient that the office is in another building. When I called the office the line was always busy. The fire alarm went off at 2:40 AM, no explanation was given why it went off. I was disappointed that there was not a coffee pot in the room, when the website advertised there would be one. The room key did not always work, and when I went to get it fixed, I had to wait for Diner customers to pay for their meal before I was helped. It would be helpful if there was a person just for the Travel Lodge. It appeared to me the person working was responsible for the hotel as well as working the diner.
