: The bed was very comfortable and the room for the most part clean. Just needed for one night.
: The booking online price was higher than what the hotel was actually charging people at the desk. The wash cloth in the bathroom was stained with brown spots on it and the room was run down. Needs some upgrades. The breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. Eggs were dried out like they had been sitting a while. No decaffeinated coffee.

: Very disrespectful, least helpful staff I have ever encountered. The manager, Mike Patel, was disrespectful and belligerent, as was the front desk staff. Customer service was atrocious. At check in, they demanded fees such that the total was nearly double the advertised nightly rate (and much more expensive than comparable hotels in the area). The manager refused to give us a room OR a refund, choosing instead to keep our money, tell us to leave, and threaten to call the police repeatedly as I calmly tried to come to a resolution. We quickly left because he was escalating the threats and yelling over me whenever I tried to speak. Thank you booking.com for helping us with our refund, because the staff here are downright horrible.

: It was clean and quiet
: I was upset about the exorbitant pet fee. I have 2 well behaved dogs that I walk and clean up after. They charged $40.00 per pet. Booking had said pet friendly and while I do not mind paying $20.00 per dog Comfort Inn’s price was outrageous.
