  : Location was great for the hiking we had planned. Check in was easy, a code to the door was text to us. Great water pressure.
  : Room definitely outdated. Could use some TLC. We did not use the laundry so I can not comment on that. We did not communicate with the staff so no judgement there. We could tell the upper rooms had some ac units because when we opened the back door the were dripping down in. We would have loved an ac unit or even an available outlet to plug in the fan that was provided. The ones near the "kitchen" area were all loose and I did not trust them to plug anything in and the others were being used. All in all we had a fine visit it really was more about the location for us but I don't know that I would recommend this place to others. We are pretty low key so for us it was fine and we would even consider staying agin.

  : This is an older motel well renovated and clean. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and other kitchen ware. There was a place to put a toiletry kit beside the sink . . . rare these days.
  : Not a complaint bet as with almost all places to stay there could have been more hooks and shelves for our "stuff".

  : The furniture used for the living room was a wicker outdoor couch and a busted kitchen table chair was used for the recliner. The bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking cigs in there for a week prior to us showing up. The whole place smelled like that but it was bad in the bathroom.There was mold in the cabinet that held the kitchen dishes.Most of the outlets didnt work, plus one of the outlets had what looked like plastic broken in it.All the furniture felt damp. I could go on but those are the main points.

  : I've known this place for years, I even knew the previous owner. The hotel is always clean and friendly. The owners are very kind. they have a nice layout - there are 2 rooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen connected to the dining room. on the 2nd side of the street you can eat the best breakfast in the north (highly recommended!!!) the hotel is in a good location - close to lake placid, keene valley and keene. around major high peaks

  : There were 2 bedrooms and a full refrigerator and kitchen for 4 of us.
  : So outdated and old. Stains on the rug, beds uncomfortable. Curtains see through so cant change in room. No door separating the toilet and shower. Not sure where the door went. No air conditioning.
