  : Pool is beautiful.
  : The rooms carpet was just nasty.i ask for sheets so we could sleep on the pull down sofa.never got them!couldn't use the dryer because the dryer vent was damaged..afraid something would get hung in the hole.Hated the bunk beds for 70 + year old women..other than that it was ok.parking is awful.couldnt go swimming the last day in the pool because of an incident.

  : the reservation was very nice and clean plus the pool was very beautiful!
  : the employees! The men upfront at the parking had an attitude as soon as we got here and then the woman we asked well then the security people answered with attitude as well next the desk woman didn’t really care and didn’t even give us instructions on how to get to the room just told us to park and didn’t even tell us what part to park on then later on today when I went to the pool I had seen someone go and buy drinks there so I then I got money and was going to buy food when my nefu went up to ask how much it would since I didn’t know if taxes would be charged or not and they made it seem as he was stupid then I went over and asked and they said idk have you read the board and I said I did but I only have 20 so I have to make sure and he said yeah we don’t and I said okay then im going to only take this plate and he said well u have to get both and I said no I don’t i only want one meal and they said u can’t only get one and I said then I just won’t get anything and he litrealy put a sign infront of my face when I was telling him so please fine better employees bc I will be letting everyone know about this because this was just a horrible service

  : I liked the location, beautiful view
  : We had no hot water the entire time we stayed, there were workers come to fix water heater and was in the room for 8 hrs or more, said it was a bad water heater and they couldn’t fix it. I had a baby on the trip with us, I had to boil hot water. same for my family that stayed. The master room ceiling fan ONLY worked if the light was on , but once we turned light off we had no ceiling fan. Other than that, pretty good stay. I’d probably find somewhere else next time!
