: I loved the Apt! It was clean and nice! The location is up and coming! Trendy! The building itself wasn't as clean or tidy!
: We had to go to the garage or service elevator which had been covered with cloth covers for whatever reason! The steps going down were filthy! But I guess that's with all the traffic it's bound to happen! Overall the place itself was excellent!

: The maintenance was polite and professional. They respond on time to fix any issues that might arise during a long stay in the apartment.
: Inside the apartment, it is essential to ensure a thorough cleaning before arrival, aligning with the rental agreement. For example, we cleaned the fans and windows from the accumulated dust. Throughout the building complex, receptionists were not available at any point during the day. The carpets throughout the entire building require cleaning, and additional staff is needed on weekends to manage cleaning and oversee the maintenance of trash bins.
