  : The location was okay when you went in the hotel from the time you got close to the elevator it started smelling of just dinginess pretty bad and the pool looked cool the hot tub looked cool didn't really look that clean and inviting but it was decent and there was roaches in the room and the shower and the sink and stuff was a little bit too dirty nasty day be there I wore my socks cuz I didn't want my feet on the carpet didn't like that much about it the elevator sounded like it was going to kill you just saying so I went to a different place staying there now and it feels like I have entered the movie Wrong Turn
  : Well I just explained what I didn't like and what I did like all in one paragraph there was a lot more that I didn't like than what I did location was about the only thing I liked the staff was good to me but they're paid to be I supposed the rooms were paid to be cleaned too but didn't look like it had been swept in a long time there was cereal and cookies and everything up under the edges that it was pretty gross

  : The property itself needs a MAJOR renovation!! A man was given the same Access cards to one of our rooms and was already inside at the time of check in! How do you give the same key card if the “property was full to capacity”?!?! The pool was dingy looking like no one cleans it and the other guest staying at the property looked VERY comfortable as if they’re not guest but residents of the hotel! Very poor experience and won’t be returning ever again!

  : The hotel was dirty and smelled of mildew. 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, the fire alarm kept going off just on the 4th floor. When we told the front desk about it he used the excuse someone on the 2nd floor kept smoking yet the alarm on 2nd didnt sound.

  : The elevator broke with me in it. Then we had to walk up 4 floors. I have COPD. At 9:30 the fire alarm started going off. Up and down those damn stairs 4 times, the last time when I grabbed my bag to leave 2 roaches ran from under it. WE WERE DONE!! Then the front desk says they can’t refund until their manager came back from vacation!!! I called corporate and their answer was to credit me with 8k points. I called my CC and will dispute the charges. Don’t stay. Oh and the hot tub was NASTY.

  : Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms and pool are clean.
  : Breakfast is not tasty and they don't refill it. Once it's set out that's it. If it's open for 3 hours it needs to be stocked during that time. Also there was nothing to drink as the juice machine was down.
