  : Sofa needs replaced one recliner was broken and the material was peeling off . A new chair would be nice.

  : Location and price. The presentation of the towels in the bedroom. The view.
  : The cleanliness could have been better. There was something on the bedroom door. The appliances looked dirty, but it was actually just damage to the refrigerator and side of stove. You can get special paint to fix that. It makes the rental look in poor maintenance. The sofa was broken on recliner near deck. The cushions were broken down and uncomfortable. You need more than one trash bag in the kitchen for longer stays like ours. As well as more toilet paper. Top of curtains on sliding glass doors were nasty dirty. Don’t leave household bug spray in the rental we were worried there wasn’t a pest control problem.

  : Love the location to the beach.
  : The room was still dirty in a few places. With the pandemic we had to reclean everything ourselves to be safe. The trash was completely full upon our arrival and no one emptied it the four days we were here. The bathroom shower head is about completely useless.

  : Na-breakfast! Na-keys it was code! It was comfortable enjoyed the stay. Have to compliment Kendall.. she went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Very helpful. She is an asset to Southern Belle Rentals! Thank you look forward to staying again soon.

  : We were not told about our unit having stairs. One of us had knee replacements and it was very hard for her to use stairs. The video of our unit does not show stairs. The clothes dryer did not work until the day before we left.

  : Needs new mattress in one room. AC in bedrooms do not cool well. Dryer can take at least two cycles to dry.
