  : The location was the only good thing about this hotel
  : The hotel hallway and room smelled like dog pee very strongly. Inside the hotel, there were zero amenities available except for an ice machine and laundry room that you had to pay extra to use. The ice bucket for the machine was dirty and the air conditioning in our room didn't go lower than 76 degrees all night long. There was construction or something on the floor above us, resulting in loud banging noises and stomping ALL NIGHT long. Overall don't recommend staying here

  : The breakfast was not as advertised. Eggs were stuck to the foil. The biscuits were hard as was the sausage. There was one type of cereal. No waffles bacon and no healthy choices of bread eec
  : The tub was horrible. The fiberglass appeared to be patched the ceiling showed where the leaks had been. The toilet seat had one bad hinge so it slid over every time you sat. I felt like I needed a tetanus shot when I left. The bottom of the shower was so slick with a soapy film that it was hard tonshower

  : Hotel was in a great location and was super clean was quiet and overall very comfortable.
  : however the shower rod was broken and the curtain kept opening while I was showering and soaking the toilet paper. Hotel manager has some serious attitude and I definitely won't be returning. I booked 3 nights on booking and extended 2 more nights. My job schedule changed and I was forced to leave a day earlier to move to a hotel closer to my job, tried to checkout and they refused to give me a receipt because my checkout was the next day (640am the day prior to my extension of my stay) told me the manager would call me back which he didn't. I called him around 3pm and he informed me I would have to pay for the next day even though I checked out before checkout time. Booking only requires you stay the first night (or pay for it) I stayed 4 out of 3 days so the manager was 100% in the wrong. I've informed booking about the problem and will charge back if they attempt to charge me for the night I did not stay. Also only hotel I've ever stayed in that charges your entire reservation in full 24 hours prior to the day your supposed to check in, same manager tried to convince me that was standard in basically every hotel, however I've been in hotels longer than I've been home this year and this is the first time I have ever seen this happen. So overall the hotel itself is very clean, quiet and comfortable but they staff and their policies are beyond belief. Definitely don't recommend.

  : The two ladies up front were so sweet and very nice. I had issues with the folks above me making so much noise in their room and I called the front desk and they took care of it. Those ladies have the most amazing customer service. Also, the beds were so comfortable.
  : The ac wouldn’t get that cold and the shower would not get hot. The fire alarms did malfunction but they fixed it very quickly.

  : The room had bed bugs, moving on the mattresses. One bed had completely filthy soiled linens, like it was never changed for the last guest.

  : The room is spacious, clean, has a fridge, coffee maker, iron, is furnished simple but practical and the beds are comfortable. The shower is great.The staff at reception are kind and friendly. Breakfast is a small buffet, warm and cold food, juices and coffee, I only had coffee and muffins and it was fresh and tasty. I would stop here again.

  : The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious! The bed was super comfy! I love the King Suite- it had the bathroom, separate bedroom, a living room area, and kitchen area! It was a mini apartment for vacation!
  : Room was fairly musty smelling and when we moved the couch there were all kinds of trash and things. My boyfriend actually stepped on a screw! Breakfast is great but online says one time, paper in room says another, and breakfast is actually served at a 3rd time!
