: They were renovating there was to much noise didn’t like ideal of no elevator there was an odor in the hotel and room. Had to ask for towels and toilet tissue

: Worst hotel. No customer service. No towel was provided. Toilet tissue was used. No shampoo or soap was provided. Bathroom was dirty. Refer attach picture. That hotel seriously not recommended for stay even 1 day. They only give 1 vouchers for breakfast cost usd10. I told them i booked 1 rooms double queen beds mean 4 family. They said in system only showing 1 name. Disappointed

: Didn’t have breakfast.
: What I didn’t like noticed towel in bathroom was dirty, called speak to manager never answered my call. To get toilet paper retrieved at the front desk. Know towels were available at the pool, had to ask. And the toilet paper was hard. Women like soft toilet paper. Need trash can in the bathroom. Remember first impressions are very important.

: Courtyard/pool area view. Nice to have a relaxed atmosphere.
: No elevator to access the 2nd floor. I stayed there before my hospital stay. It's not good for handicaps. Also, it may not be safe to go outside late at night.
