  : Space was nice but heat was not functional and space heaters kept blowing out the fuse to either part or or all of the unit space, meaning it was 49-53 degrees the entire stay except within the 3 feet of one space heater. If we used two we lost power. This meant the cable would not work so there was no tv. We were plunged into darkness repeatedly. It was freezing. The link on the confirmation email for requesting help led to an error message. I texted the person who sent a text in the evening asking if I was satisfied with the cleaning. I said the heat seemed broken, at least one space heater seemed broken (I later realized after trying 6 outlets that it was a fuse issue) and that there were no parking passes. She said she would get in touch with someone local to help. That person didn’t text back until 9:30 pm. She tried to help but kept misunderstanding. Text took forever to load and send so I asked if she could call to talk it through but that was ignored. She believed I had not turned the heat on bc I was initially confused when she asked me to find the fire place remote. I had used that the entire time but assumed it was central heating. I was gracious and polite even though the situation was unsafe and highly unpleasant, knowing she is trying her best. I assumed the urgency of the situation was clear without demanding to speak to a manager. It took a while to realize it was a fuse blown and the pilot was out. She kept saying it was slow to come on and she assumed I was doing it wrong. Walked me through resetting battery pack under stove/fireplace. Did not work. Told me to use the space heaters. Fuses kept blowing every few minutes unless we used only one. It was miserable and I spent my entire stay trying to make things functional. I gave up trying and me and my kid slept in ski clothing bc it was clear she was unable to help. The pilot was out and she did not seem to know what to do. I have photos showing it is on, set to above 70 and still 49 degrees.

  : 3rd floor walk up, many stairs. No AC and BR in a high loft. Minimal supplies. Minimal furniture in living area.

  : This place is kept up nicely…has many stairs. I mean a lot of stairs. This is not the place to stay if you are out of shape. Other than that a very nice place to stay.

  : Was missing parking passes. Had 2 broken thresholds between the wood floor and tile with nails sticking up out of the floor. When I called to complain I was given an apology that was' oh sorry, there is supposed to be a rug over that' . The 'rug' was an old piece of carpeting just tossed over the area. When it was time to go to bed, the couch/bed has a sticker on it that says it is broken and not to use it. I get someone on the phone who suggests there might be a hide a bed upstairs in the closet. The closet has no door knob on it. The knob had been removed like we were not supposed to have access to the closet. I had to reach under the door and pry it open only to find a hide a bed that was not going to work anyways. All in all this place was not a good experience

  : The water faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom did not have hot water. The shower did, which made it fine. But, if that was fixed it would be a 4 star rating all around.
