  : Host was extremely friendly and helpful (we stayed for 3 nights). We got 2 adjacent super clean rooms for ourselves and the children, with a picnic table on the grass in between, which allowed us to sit and eat together outside.Just a small of many details that shows how the host cares: every night the country flags at the entrance are changed indicating the nationalities of the guests staying at the motel. In other motels during our round trip (which took place in the high season) we left like one of many, at this motel the host made us feel very much welcomed.Shopping area and restaurants close by, 20 min drive to Visitor center Acadia National ParkAll in all, price/quality is very much ok.
  : The property lies close to the main road, which was of course was clear when we booked it. This can give some noise when sitting outside, yet does not hamper at all a good night sleep.
