  : The most concerning thing this year was the lack of hygiene. There where crumbs and ants on the floor, used dental floss feom the previous users in the bathrooms, and dirty utensils stored in the cupboards. We had to spend 3 hours cleaning the house after we arrived. This had never happened before. We have spent Thanksgiving at this property during the last eight years, and since Vacasa took over it seems to have gone downhill. A screen and a window that were broken last year are still broken. The mattresses havent been replaced in years and are getting very uncomfortable. The built in benches are starting to fall apart. It feels like nobody is taking care of this beautiful property. Its kind of heartbreaking. We are not staying here next year.
