  : I didn't like the whole stay I got charged for 3 days and stayed one I stay in hotels this is terrible and I'm not going to just go for this billshitI trust these apps why would they take me here

  : We reserved late for a global event (eclipse) so we were glad to find a room. Staff was very friendly

  : Cockroaches and Bed bugs! And the manager said I was lying and said that I brought them. The rooms are trashed and disgusting. I didnt even stay the whole time because its a run down drug hotel by the looks of some of the people hanging outside. Will not go back.

  : Staff were kind and considerate. They are aware that conditions are not ideal for what they are charging (total solar eclipse prices were insane for the room). They made sure that we were ok with the room and let me know they were available should we need them. No bed bugs. No other bugs. Beds were actually comfortable!
  : The hotel is very rundown. Cracks in mirrors, super old bedding, burn hole in one of the top sheets, loud street. It is not somewhere I would stay again until it is majorly updated. It felt like the set of a horror movie.

  : I was in town to visit my Father who was a patient in Union Hospital and the Statesman was located practically right next door! Less than a five minute walk

  : Location was pretty quiet and easy parking but that's the only decent thing about this place.
  : Don't stay here! Room smells worse than a sweaty locker room and don't dare take your shoes off and walk on the carpet their nasty. King bed was basically on the floor, super flat pillows pretty non existent and cigarette burn holes and stains all over the bedding! And if that's not bad enough staff is rude as hell! Had no soap and only 1 towel for 2 people and staff don't care of your needs cuz their dirty themselves walking around with no shoes on and don't mind the filth, they actually got an attitude and yelled in my face for my complaints. Not worth the money or your peace of mind! Get a different hotel or sleep in your car would be better than here! Bathroom is gross, pealing paint on tub and ceiling tiles peeling about to fall in.

  : The individual checking .me in was friendly and polite
  : They advised me the water heater out..be fixed ..it wasn't like I was told ..the room was freezing .. smelled awful..I checked in at 11 am ish..and decided to sleep.and leave to find a hot shower ..I will go back and get my deposit for the key

  : Very inexpensive. Close to ISU.
  : The faucet in the sink was to close to the rim of the sink. Could not properly was our hands. The tub had , apparently, been painted . Ridiculous thing to do for a tub. The paint was peeling off. No non - slip material in the bottom of the tub. No safety bars or handles in the shower to hold on to.
