  : When my family and I arrived, from a long road trip. We were expecting a comfortable bed and room. What we were assigned was a room with bed with broken legs, and a stuffy, and very hot room without A/C.

  : We received a handicapped room. There was no remote for the TV. The phone was not connected. Tried to find the cable. Pulled out the night stand and there was trash and quite dirty. The pool was not serviceable. The WiFi was not available. The toilet had a raised seat extension making it too high for the 8 yo and even the 80 yo. The bathroom door wouldn't close for dragging on the carpet. Note: a person in a wheelchair would not be able to utilize it with ease. One bed had a flea in it. Checked for bed bugs, thank God none were present. The beds were cleaned and comfortable but strangely there were NO TOP SHEETS. Didn't understand that.

  : It was loud, it was so many kids running around in the hallways. Not only that my room door did not lock and that made me extremely uncomfortable as a single woman traveling alone.

  : It’s so sad it could be an awesome hotel. But completely downhill from former Doubletree in its heyday. Fantastic location, great pool,easy parking. Staff are very nice but very understaffed. Lots of big parties weekend we were there. Incredibly ill mannered kids roaming the halls unsupervised making a racket playing with fire doors when our little o n es trying to get to sleep. We would love to stay again if the property does some major upgrades. .
  : Bathroom toilet ran the whole time. Holes in window screens . (Which is wonderful to have the windows opened but closed for the mosquitoes at night)No stopper in the bathroom sink so things could slip down the drain. Stains on the ceilings- just overall run down. Makes me sad - it could be brought back up to a lovely , convenient, family hotel with some much needed renovation.

  : I didn’t like the strong smell of perfume or cleaning supplies use throughout the hotel, the bathroom tub was clogged up, AC unit didn’t work. There is lots of ants on the floor. It was just not what I expected in the style was mediocre.
