  : - Really well located spacious house - Lot of place for the car - Realluy reactive communication with the owner
  : - Beds in the rooms were ok, but the sofa bed was of really porr quality (not possible to fiw it in right position) and no bed sheet availlable for it- No gaz for the BBQ- very limited kitchen tool (only one small cooking pot)

  : Excellent location for visiting Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium & Amelia Arena. Very quiet residential area.
  : Only very minor comments. Tea Towels could be supplied in the kitchen and some of the kitchen equipment needed cleaning.

  : Great place to stay! We had 6 adults staying 5 days over the 4th of July weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our elders enjoyed the garage seating even with it being 95 degrees outside. Yes, it’s an older home but Everything worked as it should. If you’re not familiar with Tampa or older areas of Florida (I’m from Jacksonville). The area may seem sketchy but I assure you it is not. It’s a quiet, working class and safe neighborhood. If you have kids there’s a park across the street. Very clean and comfortable Just like home, Definitely recommend!
  : There’s no sign or paper telling you where the extra bedding and pillows are (They are above the washer/dryer). For 6 adults for 5 days there wasn’t enough toilet paper or garbage bags. I figure if these are my “complaints” we did pretty good.

  : The neighborhood was horrible . I did not feel safe enough to stay. I was refused a refund even though I did not stay at the property.

  : Great place to stay to visit family. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. Kitchen was stocked with the necessities for cooking. The garage was a nice area to hang about after a long day visiting family. The living room was spacious and tv screen perfect for movie time.
