  : Nothing. It’s by the roadside. When I showed up there was no one at the front desk. I arrived late from the airport.

  : I was happy with the room until I put groceries in the refrigerator and freezer and then the whole appliance started making a horrible laud consistent noise. By the time I managed to start to get some sleep 8 a,m right above my head, sledge hammering the floor and power tools started up the noise was absolutely not okay. When I tried calling the front desk I found out that the in house phone was not working so I got dressed and walked a good distance across the parking lot to the front desk where I was told that they have absolutely no control over where and or when the construction company starts working. I should not have been checked into the room the previous evening knowing that the room above me was getting demo early in the morning. I feel as if the very least extended stay could do is comp a frequent customer such as me a couple of nights as a customer based business

  : I was booked and charged. When i arrived at the facility i was told that they were overbooked by 10 clients and that they do not have any available rooms. I had to book another location and pay another fee. I booked Ocean Reef. I still did not get my refund.
  : The facility waited until I arrived and had the security guard inform me that they were overbooked. I did not get my refund.

  : The room is all furnished and the dishes provided were new. The bedsheets were clean.
  : I found little cockroaches in the room and bathroom, including two little ones in my bed.

  : I cannot state a like as the hotel had no room available for me
  : I would have had a confirmed booking, as seen in your records. However, on arrival around 10pm on July 19th, I was told that there was no room available as the hotel was fully booked. This meant I had to seek immediate alternative accommodations at the last minute, although I had a confirmed booking.I would have sent a message to your platform on July 19th or 20th informing you of this no accommodation situation and instructing not to charge me for a stay that I was not provided with.
