  : There was nothing I could say positive about this place.
  : Everything, this should not be advertised on booking.com it was the dirtiest, mouldiest, stinkiest outdated place I have ever stayed at, correction stayed five minutes booked a place up the road and got myself out of there as fast as my legs could carry me. I was so shocked that places like this exist.

  : No sense of who the staff was had to call and text a cellphone to reach an employee, no hot water the entire stay, no WiFi the majority of the stay, had to ask for linens 3 times and still didn’t receive any so ended up buying my own towels, washcloths. Room was not as advertised, they advertised breakfast but was never provided. Pool was clearly abandoned, was overgrown and green, loud noises in the parking lot well after midnight almost like parties

  : No breakfast no soap no extra pillows no waste basket no glass no tv no shampoo. No extra locks on door no light by bed only one light working in room ac corroded and nasty but it did work. Dirty parking lot. Green pool no one to answer phone in office.

  : Everything it was dirty . The vent was held up with ducktape and I ended up leaving being promised a refund and never got it

  : The workers there were friendly and knew the place was awful.
  : I have stayed at this Howard Johnson multiple times over the years and to see it in the state that it was in was heartbreaking. Nothing but the refrigerator was plugged in when I walked into my FIRST room. The counters were clearly supposed to have a glass top on them, but there wasn't any (see photo). There were dead gnats in the mini fridge and a blue substance in the door.I asked for a second room and the AC had a loud rattle the whole night and it didn't have a control panel. The sheets didn't match and there was dirt everywhere. Also they ran my card before I even got there and when I asked for a refund, the owner denied it. It's now independently owned and apparently they're trying to fix it up. But they should have denied the booking or closed the place down. I was supposed to stay there for 2 weeks and I was only there one night. It was one night too many.The people that worked there were great and understanding but the owner was awful.
