  : It was too far from Sylva to call it a convenient drive. I'm not sure why the address is even Sylva. It's too far away from the town where all of our family activities were. Also, the bed fell apart upon retiring for the night. It broke into pieces. The maintenance man came and did a temporary fix the next day by placing the mattress on the floor without even so much as a box spring. It was a fitful night of very little restful sleep, and we were short a bed for the first night. There are missing screens in many of the windows, so it's impossible to open them to enjoy the mountain air sans bugs. So all in all, we were disappointed. The maintenance man was very friendly and attentive. We liked him.

  : The cabin itself was fine, however getting to it up a gravel and very steep hill wasn't good. I didn't receive directions to property and warning of incline, gravel road etc. until it was too late to cancel. This was a very difficult drive for us as Seniors, we couldn't leave cabin after dark due to difficulty navigating curvy and steep gravel roads. Also it would have been help to provide instructions for Roku, We were not able to get any regular channels. Cabin was clean and well furnished.

  : Location, view, amenities & loft. Definitely the cozy cabin. Would stay again.
  : Driveway had very loose gravel. Almost got stuck every time we left the property. The day we left we had to call a tow truck to get out. The oven didn’t work and the large cooking eye was not usable.

  : Couldn't get the internet/cable to ever work. Found no detergent when there was supposed to be some to throw sheets in wash at end of stay.
