  : The size of the house, the amenities (hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, etc.) all were very enjoyable. The service from "Sunriver Rental House" was Excellent! When we called about an issue, they were on top of it immediately. Would give them a 10/10!
  : House was advertised as sleeping 12. There were only beds for 10. Sunriver Rental House responded immediately with an inflatable mattress that we placed in the loft and was fine for two of our grandkids. However, the house probably should not be listed as sleeping 12 unless there are real beds for 12. It was clear that the hot tub had not been serviced prior to our arrival. Water was murky and floating chemical dispenser was empty. Once again Sunriver Rental House came to the rescue. Within 30 minutes a service man arrived. Unfortunately, it was necessary to empty the tub and refill resulting in a lost day while the tub came back up to temp. The loft ceiling fan (essential to keep loft from getting too hot) is malfunctioning. Needs service/replacement.
