  : Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Florida is a phenomenal hotel.
  : We booked a room through Booking.com for the first time. They were so misleading it's criminal. We were unclear that we were booking a room that was privately owned. We had no access to hotel privalages, such as charging meals to our room, additional toiletries, or even housekeeping! AND when we arrived the battery in the a/c controller was dead, there was a leak in the a/c in the ceiling, and the toilet wouldn't stop running. There wasn't even any handsoap in the bathroom. We will NEVER use booking.com again. Shame on them for being so ambivalent on our room.

  : The location is perfect! Plenty of restaurant options, beautiful beach area and great facilities like the two awesome pools available.
  : We had a minor issue with the property but the host was able to solve it as well as he could.

Disappointing

  : Room was very dirty, carpet with spots of wine and lighting broken. I guess the owner doesn’t invest in maintain and cleaning.
