  : •Location was fantastic, right on the beach w/ key card access directly to the sand •Free valet parking was great and so were the valet staff (I would request the car via text and within a short elevator ride my car was waiting outside, every time) •Layout of the apartment was nice w/ pullout couch and dining table plus cable and WiFi •Having a washer/dryer and full kitchen to utilize was a huge plus•Large balcony w/ access to the bedroom and views of the ocean & city•Clean kitchen and clean utensils with dish washer
  : First of all, the address in the posting is listed wrong (I believe on purpose). It is made to look like you are booking a room at Solé but you are not. You are really staying (at the much more run-down) Doubletree next door which is in major need of a renovation. As I just checked, the address is STILL listed wrong. I received a text the DAY OF my stay stating “Here is the correct address”. Therefore the host knows the address to be wrong but has not corrected it for months. Very misleading. Not only were we disappointed to find out we weren’t staying at the hotel we thought we had booked, we had friends staying at Solé when we were actually at a completely different hotel!The room smelled of mold and mildew very badly. We had to go to the local grocery and spend about $20 on air freshener, candles, and glade plug ins to be able to withstand the smell for our stayThe bed was firm, which was ok but the sheets smelled of old body odor and sweat. A maid showed up our second day and dropped off a bath mat and a comforter which seemed to be clean but was ripped. The blinds in the bedroom were broken and completely missing in the middle so we could not turn the lights on in the bedroom at night, period. The problem with that is that there are several neighboring windows and balconies directly facing you making it impossible to change or have any ounce of privacy at night. We made the mistake of doing it once and I caught 5 or 6 men staying at Solé gawking at my fiancé through the window. We literally had to change in the living room for the entire stay for privacy.The apartment wasn’t necessarily dirty but it wasn’t clean either, aside from the kitchen. The floor tile was dirty;instantly turning your feet black. The shower was pretty nasty when we arrived (moldy and filled with sand).The code to enter the apartment was very easy to guess which made us think it’s probably not changed after every guest and made us question the security of our belongings

  : Dealing with Guillermo Russian was difficult as he would only text and refused to talk on the phone.The bathroom was old, dirty, had broken tiles, and we had to rinse out the shower before using it.The ceilings were so dirty they looked like there had been a fire at some point.Parking was included, but the hotel makes us pay up front almost $200 for it and we had to wait until we checked out to get it back tho we weren’t sure that was going to happen as we could only text the unit manager. This was very stressful Countertops in the kitchen were cracked in a couple of places and the sink couldn’t hold water to wash dishes, no tea towels.Tv didn’t work as they were doing work in the building on other floors on the cable boxes.
