  : No breakfast provided. We did not notified the key should be picked up at the VI office. We spent at least an hour 1 to 2 hours before we could find address. Instructions should include the keys are picked up at an off-site office. We were on the second floor and was instructed to use the elevator in the adjacent building, which was more stairs then going up the original building. If you ever tried bringing your luggage this way was an absolute workout. I do not see an advantage to this design. Would be better off on the first floor. In the future I will do more research as to the easy of getting around. I will call to get a better understanding as to what to expect
