  : Location was perfect to a family wedding. Staff did their best to accommodate ~45min earlier check in as wedding started at check in time (3p). Staff doing their best considering high demand of patrons that day and lack of support with unexpected situations that happened.
  : It appeared that staff were having a challenging time checking in people during later check in (after the wedding as my family booked 6 rooms total). We can tell something was wrong but they werent sharing any details (was something wrong with our reservation? The system?). They appeared stressed out and short tempered as there were many people waiting in the lobby (other than our party) and werent getting much support from whoever they were checking in with on the phone (upper management?) Then, the fire alarm went off twice during the night. Many of us were in the lobby and the staff were on the phone with the director/manager? They told us it was false alarms and we can go back to our rooms instead of the lobby but the sound is extremely loud and deafening not something you can sleep through. Also, if a fire alarm goes off, you cant just rest assured that its a false alarm because fires do happen. So that was uncomfortable.

  : The location was close to where we were performing a show.
  : The common places such as the dining area had stained fabric chairs, an elevator was out of service, and there were building materials just inside the main entrance. The whole property needed a thorough cleaning.
