  : Service and room. Just 2h before the check-in, we discovered the room was not available anymore (?!) and the proposed solution was to give us a room for 2/3 guests adapted for 5 by adding two old and uncomfortable beds (after 3h waiting).

  : Friendly proprietor. Location. Second floor furniture has been updated. Hallway carpet is being replaced.
  : Basement rooms smell moldy, lingering smoke/pot smell. Carpet wrinkled in second floor rooms = tripping hazard. False advertising - there are NO rooms with hot tubs and beautiful mt views. Non-smoking property that allows smoking along common shared attached balcony surrounding hotel, each room has sliding glass patio door, is NOT non-smoking.

  : The location was super convenient. It was near a lot to do and within an hour drive of Mount Rushmore, needles highway, deadwood, keystone, etc and the town itself was super cute as well. The room was clean and they were remodeling to make it nicer for guests.
  : Nothing I didn’t like or could complain about.

  : They were doing construction in the hallways and our window opened up to a pile of old carpet and trash so had to keep the blinds closed. Our key cards somehow deactivated and while at the door a construction worker noticed they weren’t so he used a “master “ key to let us into the room which I thought was not appropriate to have a someone not employed by the hotel have access to the guest rooms.

  : Clean, easy to book, meets basic requirements. Location met our need, and the staff was exceptionally frinedly and helpful.
