  : Could add more to your breakfast it was very basic

  : The visit or stay was preop so no breakfast was involved.
  : There was no plug in the bathtub so your only option was to shower and I prefer to take baths. The Hot tub near the pool did not work and the employees were aware of this problem. I’m guessing it was the ownership that chose not to repair it.

  : The AC worked well in the room. The beds were actually comfortable, and it was quiet. Location was convenient for our stay in Stillwater.
  : We were staying there to attend a wedding, so requested 1/2 hr early check-in to allow time to change attire, etc and depart to be ontime at the venue. Also requested 1st floor room if possible (no elevator). After booking, I received email from hotel indicating both requests could be accomodated. On arrival - neither. Actually was told it was unreasonable to ask since I had used a booking service for the reservation. Was told rooms were not ready - although neither floor had cleaning carts out !! They did offer to change to 1st floor room, but considering time, we couldn't wait longer (daughter and wife already started getting ready in our vehicle). Very outdated facility. Breakfast - did not eat as the food cover was so dirty/greasy, didn't need to be sick. Room keys 1 worked, 1 didn't and none worked morning of departure. Several others had same issue with keys not working on return to room after going to the breakfast area.
