  : The location to Johns pass shops and restaurants is excellent.
  : The unit is dated and lacks most updates other condos seem to have. The hallway leading to the unit has carpet from god knows how long ago which gives off a funky smell from obvious mildew. The unit itself 238 is straight out of 1980 with old wicker everything and the Mattress in the bedroom is super uncomfortable. There is a 12 inch tv in the bedroom on the wall about 8 feet from the bed. Comical. Just not much has been done to this unit for decades I would guess. The location is great. And the unit was clean. Just no frills AT ALL. Like visiting your grandma's house who stopped redecorating in the 80's or furnished from Goodwill.
