  : Nice to have a kitchenette
  : We could not stay at this property. This app asked us what time we will be arriving but did not let us know that the front desk closes at 10 PM so we showed up with a newborn and could not get in and no one to contact as the phone did not work that was at the front desk.

  : This was an extended stay but didn't have dishes, or anything to cook with. The TV was unplugged so we thought it didn't work.

  : It was close to friends and the highway.
  : Said it had breakfast, ice machine and comfy beds. But no ice machine, no breakfast, bed was hard and a bed spring kept poking me. When I would call or go by the front desk there were no employee there even if I called out for help.

  : Floor or the room felt wet and room was humid.

  : Lance (especially) and the staff were helpful & friendly.
  : This hotel was not as described, it was not very clean or comfortable. As soon as we arrived we were bombarded by sketchy people in the parking lot asking us for "help" with car and financial situations. Upon checking in we were notified that they no longer have dishes that are accessible for the kitchenettes and that there was no continental breakfast offered (even though free breakfast was advertised). Due to the unexpected dinginess and sketchy clientele, we spent very little time in the room and vacated the next morning asap. It was such an unpleasant experience that we had to check out early and move hotels. Once checked out, we realized we had left a garment bag in the room. When we returned to pick up our item and were informed that the cleaning staff had reported "a strong smelled strongly of marijuana" when cleaning our room, so we should expect a charge for that, which I did not agree to. I explained that we do not smoke marijuana, and that upon arriving to the room we did notice a funny smell, but I didn't complain because I was aware of the people inhabiting the property and the smells matched the dingy vibe. They tried to argue, but at that point we had to leave and I was done dealing with this place.
