: Breakfast is very limited and the sitting area for breakfast is very smallWith tables that are suited for the office and not dining. Tables are not cleaned between families having breakfast. AC unit was rattling all the time making sleep interrupted.

: The front desk staff is extremely professional and friendly. They truly take pride in their job and the resort. The renovations done since our last visit are tasteful and certainly an upgrade to the ambiance. A basic breakfast included with the room is nice. All Seasons Resort is easily accessed from Route 28 and is centrally located. The outdoor pool area is a good size and centrally located in the center of the resort. Prices are average for this time of year on the Cape.
: The renovations, while overall nice were done quickly without attention to detail by the chosen contractor. When looking closely, paint drippings, missed spots, floor cuts a bit off. Some trim completely missed when painting. The metal pedestal for the bed seemed odd and was noisy. High cleaning needs to be on a better schedule. Having been in the hospitality business for over forty years, I check these things. Top of headboards, picture frames etc.Towels are less than one would expect. Small, thin and cheap.

: The room was very comfortable and the staff kept it clean on a daily basis. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were limited choices and the food was not kept warm. The only fruit available was apples. No gluten free choices.
