  : Garage door broken so rinsing off sand in there was a) hard to see and b) made it really muggy and gross because water couldn’t escape!

  : Not a good ocean view, kitchen lacked a few things like cookie sheets and coffee cups. Stairs were a little hard to get up and down. The garage door didn’t work.

  : Property not well maintenances. Garage is only way of entry and has a very musty smell as well as severe mold growing on ceilings and walls. The entire 1st floor smelled of mold. We informed properly upon arrival on Friday and I had to send an email to Management on Saturday got a response on Sunday from Andy by phone asking if we wanted another unit. We declined as we were checking out on Monday so it would more of a hassle to move. Andy apologized for the inconvenience and offered a $200 credit which we never received and it’s been a month. So caution if you have a asthma as we had family with asthma and there stay was not pleasant.

  : the garage door was broken then padlocked shut, the musty smell filled the 1st and 2nd floor. There was so many cock roaches. 2 of the 3 toilets didnt flush. the water pressure in the showers was just a trickel . I would not recommend unit #2 to anyone. the walls are all cracked and the foundation is cracked. the second story balconey was scary to stand on. you couldnt be more than 4 foot tall in order to take a shower in the only bathroom that had water pressure. I did not call them back about any of these items b/c , I was there for a vacation, I didnt want to spend all my time on the phone waiting for someone to respond to me. bc when I called the first time they NEVER called me back. I was there for my grandkids to have fun, so just spent most of our time on the beach,.
