  : The room was clean, and there seemed to be very few people at the complex.
  : It didn't go well, in terms of comfort and privacy. We realized when we arrived that there was no air conditioning in the room, which we suspected was typical for a Tahoe property. Although the high temperature for the day was about 75 degrees, the room was very warm. So simply opening up our window should have solved the problem for the night, given that the low temperature was in the 50's. But the serious problem with this possible solution was that the rooms are "angled" on the outside (presumably for architectural appeal), so the neighboring room's window (which was literally a few feet away) had a view into our room (and to our bed). And the same with our view into their room (see photo, which was taken from our bed). Although there was no sign or sight of our neighbor, we were completely uncomfortable having our shades open, which of course locked in the heat. It was simply two bad nights. And, of course, we did not report this because it seemed that this was likely not a unique problem with our room.There was a ceiling fan in our room, so we tried to use this to get some air movement. However, it was set to "high" as the only setting because the pull chain for the fan speed was broken off at the fan. And it shook and rattled so much that we couldn't use it.There were other, smaller issues, but this is what would keep us from staying at this property again.By the way, I did try to contact the property to address this with them directly, but was simply transferred to the front desk where they did not pick up my call.

  : The location was perfect and not far from the casinos. The hotel was pretty clean and lots of activities for the kids to enjoy.
  : The facilities did not have AC. There wasn’t ice available at our property unit. The beds were clean but not comfortable. You can hear the neighbors next door even though they were not intentionally trying to be loud. We were pretty far from the club house and had to call for shuttle at any time we needed to access the activities or pool area. I didn’t think that was very convenient. For the price that my family paid for the two rooms, I definitely didn’t think it was worth the price.

  : Location was superb. The size of the rooms was generous
  : No one would answer the phone at the front desk. There was no breakfast despite advertising there was one. Tried to get help from holiday inn but could only get help from booking.com. Booking.com > Holiday Inn Tahoe
