  : The location was beautiful, the vacasa staff was easy to communicate with via text and helped us know everything we needed to to get settled in under the no contact conditions, the staff at the lodge was helpful and friendly, the condo was spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchen, and the pool was great for our family!
  : It would have been nice to have a little more instruction on how the heating/cooling worked. There is no a/c and while we had the windows open to cool the place down, we accidentally had space heaters on due to small knobs we were unaware of that our kids found and turned on.

  : Had a later check in and the pick up for the keys is on the way up the canyon just a mile from the property. Your keys let you go straight to the underground parking garage and unload without having to go to the front desk. Elevator is right in the center of the garage and they have luggage carts to get up to your room. Room 207 is right off the elevator. AWESOME!!
  : We had no issues and were bummed we had only 5 days at the village. You get your own locker on the first floor so we didn't have to drag boards an skis up and down each day. BIG PLUS.
