Siesta Key Casa Serena with Private Pool and Lanai!

  : Not far from Siesta Key restaurants and bars. But still need a vehicle to get there.
  : Upon check-in there was only one hand towel for three bathrooms in the home no bath towels or washcloths. Contacted Owner and their management company dropped off four washcloths and four large hand towels for our stay with four adults in the home unacceptable. After first nice day my legs from knees down with had over 100 bites on them from either bedbugs no see Ums or fleas. Cannot be determined. Went to my doctor and said they were bedbugs. Also, found a small bug in my bed. Myself and the other person in the room had to sleep on the couches for the rest of our stay. Plus there was no other clean linens, pillows, or blankets in the home. Told the owner and management company of our issues and they will not give us any credit for our stay we spent over 700 and night for a miserable experience. Stay away…

  : I loved Siesta Key.
  : The pool heater wasn't workingGot surprised by a pool guy Wednesday entering the side door then told him pool was cold. He said heater wasn't on. He couldn't get it fixed. There was on 5 towels in the 2 bathrooms and 2 washcloths. There was NO beach towelsThere was no boogie board. I bought one and left there. The 1 bicycle had a flat tire. The outlet in main bedroom on left flickered so I unplugged for safety reasons. The outlet under table in main bedroom wouldn't work. For the price I paid was disappointed. We walked turned left out of drive and never did find a beach access close on foot had to drive. House could've used updates.
