  : Run down. Door didn’t close properly. Floor was very dirty

  : The shower didn't work and there was feces on the wall. The freezer inside the mini fridge was a chunk of ice and there was old food that was freezer burned in it. The towels also had feces on them too!!!

  : No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I had to call the phone number I had on file to find someone to talk to to find out what was going on. They couldn’t find my name or my reservation. I eventually found an email from the motel stating that my reservation had been relocated to another motel on the other side of town. The only reason I chose that motel was it was close to downtown and the room had an outside door direct to the parking area. The room I was relocated to was on an upper floor with no elevator.

  : Nothing! Rooms were nasty, bathroom was nasty, there was fecal matter on the wall by the toilet paper and television did not work. Also, the coffee pot had mold in it.
