  : "Front Desk"clerk was very polite. Manager was attentive and addressed concerns.
  : Room was unacceptably dirty (bugs, dirt, stains) and many items in disrepair,e.g. knob not attached to bathroom door, half plastic cover missing on wall outlet, lamps broken and leaning to one side, etc. Loud music went on until after midnight.

  : Where to start. Its was gross. The bathroom walls were literally crumbling. There was NO shower curtain we got one towel no hand towels no wash clothes one single towel. The shower head was falling out of the wall and had thick black all around it. There was no bedside table the phone was sitting on a plastic restaurant Togo container. No bucket for ice no cups no soap nothing!! The recliner was fake leather and was split and crumbling and stabbing if you sat in it. We had to request a new tv remote bc the one we had did not work at all. It does have a small kitchenette but literally nothing in it again no towels nothing. One small trash can in the entire efficiency. Some kind of bag over something on the ceiling probably the smoke detector. To the outside- the elevator does not work. There were no ice machines no vending machines. People live at this facility so they were all gathered outside hanging out kids playing everywhere dining tables out on the sidewalks. People washing cars playing loud music. Big issue it sits directly behind a dance club- one that plays loud music until 230 in the morning. Police presence and sirens were present numerous times through the night. I got no sleep whatsoever.

  : The room was not clean to any reasonable standard and we bought and spent 2 days deep cleaning the room some furniture has never been moved or ever cleaned. Fridge,stove, end table,bed ext

  : We went to check in, in the middle of the night, they had us standing outside in the cold on a phone to tell us they didnt have a reservation or room for us and turned us away. We had to go and find a different place to stay and to pay double for a room.

  : THERE IS/WAS NOTHING GOOD AT ALL, I WALKED INTO A WEED/CIGARETTE SMOKE FILLED ROOM,DIRTY CURTAIN, LIVE AND DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE,FRIDGE COMPLETELY DISGUESTING DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT,TOILETSEAT WITH CRAP ON SIDE-LOUD MUSIC PLAYED EVERYDAY TILL 4AM.
