: No idea. It was closed.
: This hotel was CLOSED FOR THE SEASON when we arrived. Owners tried to put us in a hotel across the street (Hotel Seward).The windows were stuck open and couldnt be closed. Heaters didnt work. We didnt stay there. Have disputed this with Booking.com as well as with American Express for a credit.

: We didnt end up actually staying at the hotel. Our child got sick so we canceled the trip. We called the front desk and they said it would not be a problem to refund the rooms. When we followed up we were told that only one of the rooms was cancelled, and they had no record of us calling (how we cancelled half a reservation and didnt call us beyond me). They then told us that booking was holding the money and therefore they couldnt refund us. Which also turned out to be a lie. It would have been fine if they had told us from the beginning there would not be a refund or since we are local, offered another booking date. Instead, they chose to lie, poorly.
