  : There Was No Hand Rail To Get Up Onto Porch---My Elderly Mother & Her Sister Struggeled Getting Up & Down The Steps. The Queen Bed Upstairs Was Awful. It Was Dusty InSide & Dryer Handle Fell Off When We Opened It. NEEDS Some Updates.

  : THE VIEW! Hot tube was very nice. Masterbed was very comfortable. (Again no closet.) Overall we had great time. We liked not having to go to office to pick up keys. But... a little more detailed explanation on how to use lock and code would have been better. For those of us that are not used/familiar to that. Washer/dryer was nice to have. We didn't need this time, but we did start sheets before we left.
  : 1.No closets, to hang up clothes. 2.A bad glare on tv in afternoon. A shade to cover two windows in front of TV would help. 3.mattress on upper floor Not very comfortable. We turned mattress, helped some. 4. Regular stair case would have been better, those stairs are hard for older people to maneuver. Especially carrying luggage. If only children on upper floor, they might not have issues with stairs. BUT every movement on upper floor is heard on main level...especially in lower bedroom. So early risers woke us too. Be sure to put early risers on upper floor because sun and light will wake you early.no choice, No shades.

  : the view was great, the layout of the cabin was nice, the location to attractions was great
  : The air condition was very loud. it sounded like there was a tropical storm outside. it made it very difficult to sleep at night. I think you need to change the toilets to larger units. it felt like sitting on a five gallon bucket. The cable was a joke. having a digital antenna is not cable. while we didn’t watch that much TV, it was very difficult to navigate. we eventually gave up and watch things on a tablet.
